President Obama vowed to close down Guantanamo at the beginning of his first term in office in 2009; he was blocked from fulfilling that promise by legislation passed by the US Congress.

The U.S. CONGRESS can't get the laws passed to honor due process.  How interesting since the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION remains the law, but somehow the U.S. CONGRESS has chosen to allow POTUS' "W" and "Barry" to do whatever IT "decides."

IT, that is "Technology" when ELEGANT is digital credit for the consumers of earth to do what they have been programmed to do, consume.

BUT, IT has been decided by the owners of the computer that manufacture "DIGITAL DUST," that we humans experiencing life in earth, get AUSTERITY.

Technocrats are the New World Order American "gov" humans, U.S. CONGRESS and of course the Judicial System is under medical care, strict it appears, to be in the same mind compromise as those at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base?
