To Who This Concerns and To Whom This Concerns:
In 2000, a poly-addict, George W. Bush, Jr., was inserted as the President of the United States of America [POTUS], by the Supreme Court of the United States of America. The unelected POTUS inserted Patrick J. Schiltz into position of Federal Judge. Due process law was and continues to be vitiated. Contract breach in that high office is a mirror reflection of breaching the people’s trust. And due to this fact, no due process lawless America ~is reaching or may have already gotten to: critical mass decay of common sense.
Not that the problem was to remain hidden, the U.S. money system has been teetering for years and years, in fact, since the people refused to understand so-called “credit-debt” the spiral into failed nation was-and-is, inevitable.
I do not find writing briefs to be the solution in this time, being that qualifications in my past, a deep probing investigator, and also the pendency for insatiable curiosity gives me the ability to be qualified in finding out information that is a necessity for “reality,” to represent “truth,” AND ART HISTORY is where I believe a link must be added to all the “government public servant’s education,” one-function-button, to get the information we need in discovering the images to be able to make better sense of the linear.

LINEAR. Let me begin with Mr. Patrick J. Schiltz, from Minnesota, where U.S. Bancorp at one time was the employer that could not be other than elevated on a very high pedestal. Then, change and there was no more protected job market, as was and should be, an agreed contract. Face it, digital computer “money” to manufacture is not labor intensive. Further, USBANCORP, USBANK, “DESK DRAWER CORPORATIONS!” There are NO “bank(s),” nor is the entity a real true creditor. The Federal Reserve System [Fed] is the entity that provides USBancorp the wherewithal to “do business as a member bank.” This is for the obvious: more money for the ponzi top tier. Please. Add interest with the creative financial innovative products - derivatives, etc. - there was-is no boundary to the FRAUD perpetuated in the non-transparent “money contract.” We The People [WTP] have-to-have, we-MUST-trust in the product/s we are purchasing, especially “money,” in Century XXI!! No LOSSES have occurred in the time of the “Housing Bubble,” to the “banks,” come on, the profits are insane.
Mr. Acosta, USDC, Portland, Oregon, SANCTIONED $60,000.00, Mr. Schiltz, and it was for an Email I sent to the USBancorp “General Counsel,” Mr. Lee R. Mitau. Now, in my opinion, you people who and whom, protected and continue to protect (huge promises for future retirements?) the racket that was already failing - Bretton Woods model had run its life span - you people caused the real problem for US: CURRENCY WARS.
I want my family’s estate, our heirlooms, original art and every stolen household item, returned. I demand our family be MADE WHOLE, as much as this empty-vacuum of a word does not define - the Global War On Terror racket has failed miserably. Law firms, BISHOP WHITE / MILLER NASH, LLP, ET AL, have been sued and there is only one court that is set to hear my argument - perhaps the Court of International Trade and Settlement, too? The paperwork is in the court system and there is only one cog in the wheel, honest brokering via “truth and justice.”
The blog, http://www.theartof12.blogspot.com is serving as a FILE, an electronic database to reference the LAW and other real justice for our “going forward” to be lesser than the collapse it is now designed to inevitably experience.
