China has had virtual money forever. Well not forever, but certainly long enough to not have any poverty and what about the pollution?
It may be prudent and wise of China to pay the people to begin thinking about what the problems are that they face as a very congested human population on earth. Begin with paying the people to not have so many children. The people of Hong Kong didn't have the one child policy to follow AND not that this stupid ideology worked, it didn't.
Pay the virtual monies for the Chinese to become highly well educated and not gamblers and superstitious, for a majority. Relocating the people to the USA, isn't exactly a civilized agenda in 2013, absent the discussion of this pilgrim shuffling.
