University Of Oregon's Football Program .. Former Head Coach Chip Kelly~ Likely .. Goes Unpunished

At issue in the Oregon case is a supposed $25,000 payment made to a scout named Willie Lyles.

All of this allegedly happened during the Chip Kelly era (He was the head coach from 2009-2012 and the offensive coordinator before that).

And guess what? Kelly is no longer at Oregon.
