FJ ALEX “gifted I, Roberta Kelly (aka Biloxi Marx) great books”.
“I CHING”, for one, and that was a long time ago.
Master Ni rewrote the book into the language of Taoists’ NOT DAOISM NOR TAOISM! Tao.
The word “Tao,” ~~there are no real words to say “What It Is” (Buddha said those words!). Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, Sun Tzu, and the Yellow Emperor too, all great beings are of vital importance to practice the works of “cultivating chi”.
COMMENTARY, Non-Possession, Hexagram 26: Tu Ch’u ~
The body you are using does not belong to you.
It is the result of the interaction of the chi of light spirit and heavy physics.
One’s spiritual nature is handed down from the divine Subtle Realm.
Why is it that we lead our lives in selfish delusions?
In the midst of this material world,
the deluded mind exhausts itself by endlessly chasing ups, downs, gains and losses.
The moment the servant of death knocks at the door, it is too late to regret that one’s life has been passed in vain.
In earlier days, we were enlightened by breaking through our illusions with the help of our masters. Today we must strengthen our life source anew from the root.
We borrow this pure, clean, divine essence from Heaven.
It should be returned without contamination. Do not stain it with dirt and filth or soil it with flaws and corruption.
It is an allowance from Heaven and is handed to us for positive use.
Only fools try to possess it.
Henceforth, we are awakened from the midst of our dream.
After awakening, there is nothing which can be recognized as ego.
Deeply, from our hearts, we offer our lives in dedication to the reintegration of Heaven, Earth and Humankind: the spiritual integration of the universe.
Every worldly deed, whether for self or for others, is dedicated as an offering to the Subtle Origin.
We offer our worship as a direct response, with absolute sincerity to the Subtle Divine Realm.
All the shiens in Heaven are our witnesses.
Our resolution is as vast and deep as the mountains and oceans.
Thus, our hearts are rooted firmly.
We never evade our responsibility out of greed, because the net of Heavenly laws cannot be escaped.
We always maintain Heaven’s ever-permeating, righteous chi.
Line 5: The tusks of a castrated boar are tamed. The herd is under control. Good Fortune.
The fifth line also refers to restraint, especially to the control of growing groups. The literal Chinese version says, A gelded boar’s tusks are good fortune. This line restrains the growth of evil by gelding the boar. In the human sphere, the fifth line represents an able leader who knows how to correctly apply controls to himself and his work. He knows how to geld disturbing energy from any source.
