"Money" was decided to be a way that humans got to have stuff in earth.  Lots of stuff in earth to have and so lots of money gets exchanged, to have stuff in earth for humans'.

Imagination knows no boundaries.

Humans have decided to have "Governments".  Governments are supposedly a form of structure to serve the needs of humans living in earth.

Americans thought they got an education.  Many Americans thought they were educated in the higher thinking 'disciplines'.

Discipline isn't what is in Washington D.C.

AND, there isn't discipline in the so called "Court System".

Dictatorship isn't discipline by any stretch of the whole collective imagination of every life form in the universe and all universes known-unknown.

Subterranean, isn't any different, than the so called human being family/ies.

How come the US, a symbol of democracy, turns out to be anything but not a democracy, and has been a non-democratic system right from the start? Voice of Russia is examining the issue with Dr. Mark Mason, independent political and social analyst based in the US.

The study by Martin Gilens and Benjamin I. Page is the first-ever comprehensive scientific research into whether the U.S. is really a democracy. The answer appears to be “ No!” “Despite the seemingly strong empirical support in previous studies for theories of majoritarian democracy, it says, our analyses suggest that majorities of the American public actually have little influence over the policies our government adopts”.

Dr. Mark Mason:

I think we have more than one crisis. We are all aware of the urgent calling from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change from the UN. They released a report again urging us that we must take an immediate action on global warming and carbon. And we have the international crisis that has to do with international relations. There is another crisis. The Congo is a region of intense and immense human suffering, and they are not alone.

As global citizens we are all aware that we have real serious issues to deal with. And yet, we need to take the time, to pause and to talk about, and to consider the big questions – democracy, do we want a democracy, do we have a democracy?

I appreciate the opportunity to talk to you to present questions that we are not asking. What is the public good? Where are we going? Do the political and social institutions serving the interests that we want? Are they producing the kind of world that we want to see? And I think many of us guess that we are not producing the kind of world that we want.

The structure of the American government has never been a democracy. The purpose of the Electoral College is to distance the people from the direct election of the President of the United States. The purpose of the Constitution, as it was constructed, was to create a body of the Senate and the President, who were effectively representing the interests of the wealthy landowners of the United States.

But more of a concern than that is the funding that basically controls the elections. We have a plutocracy. It is a government that is run by the rich and oligarchy, and money buys elections.

Is there any middle way which could prevent us from going to extremes, either to ochlocracy or to the rule of the richest people?

It seems to me that the answer to political systems that are failed democracies or labeled democracies, and then there are dysfunctional democracies, the solution to it is more democracy, not less. We have a long history of autocratic governments and to this day they all serve the interests of a tiny elite. The parliamentary system, the so-called representative system of government around the planet represents the interests of a tiny wealthy elite.

The failure that we have is the tyranny of the minority. We don’t know what a democracy is. We are not even allowed to experiment with democratic political institutions. These so-called democratic parliamentary systems of Western Europe and the US are fraudulent institutions. The US has a banking aristocracy and the US is no more democratic than Saudi Arabia is; it is a total fraud. And the people are becoming aware that the failed system is that not that we have too much democracy, but that we don’t have any.

The US is just another horrendous British empire. We are ruled by aristocratic bankers, we don’t have a democracy, we are told who is going to run the country. And the President of the US is told by bankers and by military industrial contractors what to do.

You’ve mentioned something which you termed as “the public good”. Is it something which the authorities use to keep people preoccupied with to prevent public protests? Or is it something more substantial?

In the US it is anything expect for bringing people together in a sense of community to discuss the public good. The very last thing politicians and the US political elite want the American public to do, is to talk to each other about things that matter in our daily lives. The public policies, as produced by the US Congress and the President of the US, they are far removed from what the American people want. We are isolated and atomized here. We cast votes every four years and play spectators the other four years. That’s not a democracy.

The federal government is now petitioning to have these signs removed, or Washington state will be denied additional monies for interstate highways.

The State of Washington replied, they will secede from the Union rather than be intimidated. These are a matter of free speech paid for by a private citizen. It seems the Obama government uses intimidation and ignores the First Amendment when they want to silence someone. These signs are priceless.

But the problems facing the world today will not wait very long for us to make up our minds whether Leo Strauss was right or wrong in his dark, disdainful view of who we are.

Iran slams US report on terrorism | Iran warns about US adventurism, militarism in Syria

Iran has slammed the annual global terrorism report by the US Department of State, reiterating that the Islamic Republic has been the victim of terrorism in the past three decades.

According to IRIB, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham said on Thursday that accusing Iran of terrorism is “distortion of facts,” and that the report has addressed the issue of terrorism “completely based on double standards and in a politically-motivated approach.”

In its annual global terrorism report, the State Department claimed on Wednesday that Iran last year persisted in supporting Palestinian resistance groups, boosted its presence in Africa and tried to smuggle weapons to separatists in Yemen and Bahrain.

Afkham also stated that Iran, “given documented and irrefutable evidence, has been the biggest victim of terrorism in the past three decades.”

She said that “Leveling accusation of terrorism support against such a country is a distortion of truth.”

The Iranian foreign ministry spokeswoman said Washington’s use of killer drones that mainly target civilians in the region and the contempt for Zionist crimes against Palestinians seriously challenge the US claims regarding the fight against terrorism.

Secretary of State John Kerry is feeling the backlash from his ignorant comments about Israel could become an “Apartheid state”.  Kerry tried to backpedal on the comments regarding one of the United State’s greatest allies; however,  Kerry still found time to make excuses and blame partisan politics for his foolish comments saying, “I will not allow my commitment to Israel to be questioned by anyone, particularly for partisan, political purposes. The tape of Kerry’s comments was published by the Daily Beast on Sunday, a recording of Kerry’s comments to a meeting of the Trilateral Commission on Friday in which he lamented the breakdown of talks between the Israelis and Palestinians.

I am a fan of Matt Weidner. Like a breath of fresh air he understands the full implications of the false claims of securitization, the fraudulent foreclosures, the fraudulent reporting by banks to regulatory agencies and the false statements of financial condition they report to the SEC. Best of all he has maintained his sense of outrage at the banks, at the regulators, at law enforcement and the courts.

If you read his article, you can see why he is so angry. We know as lawyers what SHOULD be required in litigation. The fact that basic standards not being met in foreclosure litigation is a present problem for everyone who is involved or affected by the title and money issues; but it is also a future problem for all of us in the decisions, opinions and actions by the courts using a presumption that in the end it doesn’t make any difference how many ways the banks lied, cheated and stole money and title, the homeowner should be the one to bear the full burden of the problem.

This is why I am seriously entertaining a lawsuit in Federal court against the State of Florida for creating a new and wholly dysfunctional standard for the introduction of evidence and the burden of proof in foreclosure cases versus all other civil cases.

Might as well say he’s considering making a suit of human skin and wearing it to court. There has been no indication that NG has done anything, anything at all so far in terms of meaningful litigation. This whole thing has been about selling useless reports and affidavits. Post positive results and the roadmap for others to duplicate those successes or this whole thing is nothing more than a profit motive preying on the scared homeowners like the banks themselves.
