Has White Judicial Panel Already Stacked The Deck Against Black Alabama Judge Dorothea Batiste?

As a fucking mutt (according to the police) who is part-Cherokee & part-Jew, this Legal Mongrel feels obligated to throw my Black brothers & sisters a bone.

If a Black Justice wants to start the Mother of All Power Struggles in the Republican Party, file suit with Judge Charles Price's Circuit Court in Montgomery County alleging that the Court of the Judiciary is an unconstitutional delegation & usurpation of the Legislature's authority to impeach judges. It also violates the spirit of the Voting Rights Act by allowing political appointees to remove judges the People voted for. Appeals by the state will go to Civil Appeals which is full of experienced appellate Judges who know Bentley will screw them over and appoint Joiner to the Supreme Court before them, then on to the AL Supreme Court where Chief Justice Moore who was removed from office by the Court of the Judiciary, Tom Parker and other Supremes are certainly not fans of it because the Governor and Attorney General can use it to coerce them into voting for their agendas and place limits on their powers under threat of removal from office. The Republican Justices on Court of Civil Appeals WILL use such a lawsuit to their own advantage to limit Joiner's potential to get appointed to the Supreme Court ahead of them or transfer over to their court and build his resume for a future appointment to the State Supreme or federal courts at their expense. It's human nature. The GOP appellate judges are not a united front. Take advantage of the factions to which they belong. They will begin fighting with each other over political boundaries like old fish defending their turf against a new fish introduced into an existing aquarium and Joiner will be the new fish with tattered fins.
