.. Oregon Homeowners Bela and Eva Lengyel won a jury verdict against JPMorgan Chase for wrongful foreclosure. This appears to be the first of its kind in the State of Oregon.

TOM BALMER, ET AL.  Recently, as you know, the home foreclosures matter involving Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems [MERS] was heard at your Court.  As you must also know, the former Chief Justice was and is involved with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.  Both these entities in reality are "Desk Drawer Corporations", as well as the objective of MERS.

[sidebar:  Justice Balmer, I also know you from INDEPENDENT PARALEGAL CONTRACT work of my business at both Lindsay Hart and Ater Wynne.  I worked at the Oregon State Bar, 1988-89, Assistant to the Executive Director and was already highly qualified in technology and therefore, the system of the BAR is a foundation for me in 'technology systems'.  I was one of two who converted the stand alone word processing 'computers' into desk top PCs, trained 180 secretaries and 50+ attorneys at the firm of Ragan-Tremaine-Krieger-Schmeer-Neill.  I contracted INDEPENDENTLY at innumerable law firms in Portland, Oregon, I would think you are well aware (select list):  Ater-Wynne, Black-Helterline, Lindsay-Hart-Weigler, Pippin-Bocci, Pozzi-Wilson-Atchison, Schwabe-Williamson-Wyatt, Tonkon-Torp [Don Marmaduke] ET AL.  When a certain attorney at LINDSAY-HART attempted to force me into a 'W2' contract - he was entirely unsuccessful.

The State of Oregon, indeed forced my small business - as a woman - defunct.  The invitation for women to be in business in the State of Oregon was fraud.  The set-up became myself battling for my right, with the CRIMINAL EMPLOYMENT DIVISION OF OREGON, to hire as a small business independents and not be competing with BANK OF AMERICA, EG.  This period of Oregon education as the technology power was my understanding of how vile the evil can be.  My business bank account was taken.  My personal bank account was taken.  I watched the systems set-up, WASHINGTON MUTUAL was constructed by my brother who wrote COBAL and HOGAN, that was after he graduated from Portland State in the 1960s, one of the first computer programers in America.

My introduction to due process law was honorable.  My experience in the courts, in the City of Portland and State of Oregon has been a dishonorable at best and not as bad as the blacks here, but indeed the ideology of 'female' may not be other than what LOUIS BRANDEIS' branded 'WOMAN', unfortunately.

I choose to believe that you would want to correct the system that I have experienced in the State of Oregon and in fact, you would not want any American Citizen to experience as a long time human committed to the honor of due process law, to be experiencing the United Serfs of America, as you are also living through, in these times.  You do not spell Balmer with two Ls and this is a correct spelling?

Upon my last INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR PARALEGAL work for Lindsay-Hart in 1996, and full time one year contact with Pozzi-Wilson, I went to work for the largest mortgage broker in the Pacific Northwest, Mortgage One.  The firm of Pozzi offered me a INVESTIGATOR opportunity to continue as a full-time employee.  I only declined because I had to understand what happened to our family in the 1980s, when the Schnitzer family knew what was, and Arlene quipped me a baited hook, but for some reason strangely I did not converse with her further on that invitation to join a very definite 'cult'.

The Schnitzers in the fire sale of the Fountain and many times over, profited remarkably as Jordan's taking over of the REAL PROPERTY INVESTMENTS for Harold and Arlene.  I understand, Harold is deceased now.

M-1, was one of the first to take the big fall, and that was when we all should have learned about money.  WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON IS A WAR CRIMINAL, too.

It was in the 1970s, when we all should have paid better attention to the PETRO DOLLAR.

Let us first address the problem with the MONEY, because YOUR COURT SYSTEM is mentioned in this equation of how to keep people in the courts as is our right.

1.  There isn't money, as you know, according to what the AMERICAN has been told-sold.

This brings to the table, a problem in every contract involving money, since this digital replaced the idea of equal exchange for 'money' and of course then LABOR calculates into a very highly valuable 'commodity'.

Labor where the people actually produce and / or manufacture a product, since the SILK ROAD, that can be gotten to a market and traded-exchanged.  DIGITAL DUST FRAUD collapsed the USA. The Federal Reserve System [FED], and the Bank of International Settlements [BIS / BIZ-Biz] caused the global financial holocaust.  It was and is intentional and always has been, since the beginning of the so called 'royal bloods' deciding to be kings-queens-lords-ladies and ESQUIRES of earth.

It is time for change and the Barry Soetero fraud at least got the jingle down, no Crystal Ballroom dance, however, for the killer clowns.  Do not welcome more death, degradation and ghetto-hell to the State of Oregon, enough already.

You, Sir, were also a prosecutor and then a judge.  The case you heard is a US Constitutional and of very important concern for the State of Oregon, as should be.

Bill Clinton Rockefeller .. appointed JUDGES for life while he was UNDER A CLOUD.  First, we have to understand the US Constitution is indeed a goddamned piece of paper and has been for as long as GLOBALISM has been secretly stealing the United States of America and turning We The People into SERFS.  You do not get a pass, Sir, your children, grandchildren and you are all in the same sinking Titanic with the same chemicals poured into the five elements.

Mengeles came to the USA and we get 'medicine'.  Kitzhaber understands this 'self-evident' TRUTH.

Begin with poisonous vaccinations.  PLEASE when do humans get to have common sense again?  When the experimentation stops.  That does not look promising until the simple contract MONEY is understood to be what it is:  FRAUD.

There should not be a death penalty.  Until the killers and experimenters are stopped, then the people who are innocent victims should not be used as portfolio fodder for the 'judicial' retirees ET AL that do not labor for a true genuine living.

Arrest Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Dick Cheney, George Bush Sr. and Jr. and then all the Project for a New American Century, don't stop arresting there, continue on into GREEN OREGON, and the States of Washington and California, as well, for high treason against the so-called US Constitution.

There is no US Constitution and the Oregon Constitution -- See Senate Bil 117, 1959, has been more than ignored -- or, we would not be in this incredible failed nation state.

Ann L. Aiken, and Magistrate John V. Acosta, as well Garr M. King, ET AL participated in a racket conspiracy collective.  Due process law has been intentionally destroyed in the State of Oregon, for those that cannot be actually called 'Justices'.  Acosta threatened me with death in his courtroom and that wasn't at least like so many who actually got-get dead.  Aiken followed up by breaking so many laws the numbers lost count - Honorable Owen M. Panner and the STATE OF WASHINGTON CRIMINAL JUSTICE REVIEW are recipients of my complaints.

To be in denial is to not be at all in the true justice of due process law.  Lawyers need to take time and heal, they are ashamed and should be.  Not understanding the simple principle of contract 'money' is to be a fraud in the world of 'law'.  In a word, period.

Our family was destroyed the first time in 1980-81.  While I was birthing our second child, Donald P. Wilson THE GREAT ARTIST, 'PORTLAND'S HENRY MOORE', and the House of Schnitzer knew what was coming and Arlene said to me a statement that now I clearly get.

By this time, Mr. Balmer ET AL, you should also be getting that the business of digital fraud is a crime.

Digital fraud is a crime which is FINANCIAL PAEDOPHILIA.  When there are certain humans that commit fraud to be greater than due process law, then the FACTION rapes, pillages and plunders all families and in the future no one is safe, clearly.
