California Supreme Court rejects bid to halt gay weddings >> California’s Supreme Court rejected a request to halt gay weddings after opponents had argued on Friday that the state’s 2008 voter initiative, known as Proposition 8, was still in effect. Although California voters voted in favor of the same-sex marriage ban, a San Francisco federal judge had struck down the initiative as being unconstitutional. Last month the US Supreme Court ruled that supporters of the gay marriage ban lacked the legal right to appeal that decision. Following the Supreme Court’s ruling a federal appeals court then allowed same-sex marriages to resume in California. The state’s Attorney General Kamala Harris said last month that clerks should issue wedding licenses in the state, and filed a brief with the state Supreme Court on Friday asking judges to deny the request by gay marriage opponents to revive Proposition 8.

Well it's obvious America is broke and the revenue fraud has been the same story since the beginning.

ROME and before started the way to use humans in any and all of their 'weaknesses' ~ sex is a personal and secret-private sharing with self and others, but now the manufacturing of revenue has no boundaries.  Manufacture the revenue, the humans get to be whatever can be manufactured into paying revenue.  Same sex marriage means the people who are the same sex get to pay more taxes, or at least the reality is, filing as same sex marriage is a tax issue, in the real battle.  Marriage is simple contract law and to get the Supreme Court of the USA to actually rule on this issue is obviously about the revenue because that is how the subject got to the Supreme Court.  The tragedy is, USA has got to use whatever manipulation can be abused, to get the court system to not collapse flat on the face of corruption.
