Judge
Sidney R. Thomas will be honored with a gavel passing ceremony on
December 5, 2014 at the James R. Browning U.S. Courthouse in San
Francisco, CA to mark his elevation to the new Chief Judge of the Ninth
Circuit. Judge Thomas graduated from the University of Montana School of
Law in 1978, and officially began his duties with the Ninth Circuit on December 1, 2014. |
