The United States District Court [USDC], Division of Portland, State of Oregon, has contaminated the law. The United States District Court [USDC], Division of Tacoma, State of Washington, has contaminated the law.
All courts in the States of both Oregon and Washington (and all 50 States for the truth in the matter), have contaminated and continue to contaminate the law.
The expectation is for Justices Panner and Bryan, as Senior Justices in the 'system' and, Namesakes -- Inns of Courts -- to honor the law and correct the corruption.
All criminals -intentional participants in the FRAUD and/or unintentional participants- that receive the Federal Credit for supposedly upholding the U.S. Constitution's good law, must be 'retired' from 'the bench'. And, also, any/all British Accredited Registry [IE B.A.R.] 'foreign private corporation', can no longer collect fees from American attorneys at law and this is obviously due to the fact that this isn't at all in honor of our law.
Licensing for all 'lawyers' must be acted upon in good faith and not allowed to be a secret cult/faction that practices unlawfulness as a 'due membership payee to the B.A.R/s'.
People in enlightened democracies, can and must understand the concept of so called money: "IT", technology, is simply the modern economy of technological digits of virtual no value other than the service provided to produce the virtual digital money.
Justice Panner, you said you were somehow in bondage to the USDC system. That bondage can only be a seriously unenlightened reality. Justice Bryan, your use of the word futile is appropriate when looking at the long time that there has been no curiosity as to how 'money' really worked in the/a 'modern time'.
There are also so called attorneys at law that have not one clue about the law, in reality.
This time is called the 'aught' years. We have as the President of Iceland said, the ways and means to be sincerely 'enlightened'.
A serious disconnect exists. To imagine not being able to use the mathematical table in a class such as math, is rather inconceivable for the person who is even remotely well educated. Therefore, the practice in the court system absent the understanding of money is indeed practicing the so called law without actually being a professional in the standards of legal contracts, procedures and due process law. This is, but of course, impersonating an attorney at law when the law of money isn't included in the understanding of a representative of any communication or cooperation with so called 'money', and so called, LAW.
The law is the organization of the natural right of lawful defense. It is the substitution of a common force for individual forces. And this common force is to do only what the individual forces have a natural and lawful right to do: to protect persons, liberties, and properties; to maintain the right of each, and to cause justice to reign over us all.
Unfortunately, law by no means confines itself to its proper functions. And when it has exceeded its proper functions, it has not done so in some merely inconsequential and debatable matters.
The law has gone further than this: it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own objective: It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was supposed to maintain; to limiting and destroying rights which its real purpose was to respect. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous, who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. It has converted plunder into a right, in order to protect plunder. And it has converted lawful defense into a crime, in order to punish lawful defense.

We've been in a delusional state. Our USA got lost in the translation of 'enlightenment' and now IT is time to arrest the criminals and hold accountable any and all deviants that can do what has been done to the United States of America in the name of 'BANK/S', and move into the enlightenment of the Twenty-first Century.
