Profiting from America's misery | The WOE Industries | The American Cult of Corruption's Disaster Capitalism

Self-indulgent capitalists have turned much of America against its own best interests by promoting a winner-take-all philosophy that reaps great rewards for a few people at the expense of everyone else.

The profit motive fogs the thinking of free-market advocates. The Economist gushes, "Take a bow, capitalism...the biggest poverty-reduction measure of all is liberalising markets to let poor people get richer." Forbes proclaims its belief in "the unmatched power of capitalism to improve human life."

Self-indulgent capitalists have turned much of America against its own best interests by promoting a winner-take-all philosophy that reaps great rewards for a few people at the expense of everyone else. To the neoliberal, vital human needs like health and education are products to be bought and sold. Here are some other examples of greed and the pain it causes.

Water

The city of Detroit, which is positioned next to the greatest supply of fresh water between the polar ice caps, has lost its access to water because of bad financial deals that have left unsuspecting citizens with over a half-billion dollars in interest payments. Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr responded by putting the whole water system up for sale.

The United Nations has reminded us of the obvious, that water is a human right. But the prominent water company Nestle says water is not a human right. The company has taken this essential ingredient of human life and sold it back to us at a million percent profit.

Meanwhile, as average citizens of America and the world face increasing hardships from climate change, Wall Street firms are, according to Bloomberg, "investing in businesses that will profit as the planet gets hotter."

Housing

Blackstone is a corporate model for making money at the expense of desperate former homeowners. Since the recession, it has become the nation's leading landlord, buying up tens of thousands of homes at rock-bottom prices, and then renting them back, often to the very people who lost them. It's a perfect business, a well-designed process of predatory equity.

    1. Buy Foreclosures.

    2. Rent Them at Exorbitant Prices. Only one-third of Blackstone's Los Angeles renters are paying affordable rent, according to Department of Housing and Urban Development standards.

    3. Skimp on Maintenance. According to a Homes for All study, 46 percent of residents reported plumbing problems, 39 percent reported roaches or insects, and 90 percent of Los Angeles renters have never met their landlords.

    4. Package the Properties into "Rental-Backed Securities." These sound disturbingly like the mortgage-backed securities that crashed our economy a few years ago. Companies like Blackstone and Goldman Sachs are doing it to America all over again.

Savings

The financial industry indiscriminately targets all struggling Americans, from the impoverished class to the low-income class to the middle class. At the lowest level loom the payday lenders, with about as many locations in the U.S. as all the McDonalds and Starbucks combined, and with annualized interest rates that can reach 1,000 percent or more.

For families with incomes in the $25,000 range, about 10 percent of their income goes for fees and interest to financial institutions. The average underserved household spends $2,412 each year on alternative banking services.

For middle-class Americans trying to save for retirement in a 401(k), bank fees take about $2 of every $5 over a lifetime of investing.

Justice Itself

With the highest incarceration rate in the world, and with imprisonment skewed toward minorities, our business-oriented society has effectively turned our poorest citizens into products, with an emphasis on product volume.

Private prisons make deals with local governments to ensure full jail cells. Company owners have taken advantage of the legalized slavery clause of the 13th Amendment, paying as little as 93 cents an hour for their labor.

Still other companies step in during probation periods, charging fees that keep poor people at the mercy of the 'justice' system.

And in the county that contains Ferguson, Missouri, as noted by author Radley Balko, some of the towns "can derive 40 percent or more of their annual revenue from the petty fines and fees collected by their municipal courts." Fines and fees for traffic offenses, fare-hopping, loud music, uncut grass, trespassing, wearing saggy pants, or failing to subscribe to the town's garbage service.

Poverty Capitalism: The Free Market At Work

A staunch capitalist might point out that America's growing poverty has created markets for anyone able to capitalize on destitution. Each of us, after all, is a source of profit, as long as we rent or own, save a little money, and drink water.

Infinite(Father /Mother /Divinity /Chi/Ki/Qi)
I thank thee
That thou heareth my prayer
I thank thee
That thou heareth me always
I thank thee
That thou hast already given me
all that my heart can wish for
all that my life may need
for the time that is
and the eternity that is to be
and now with supreme joy
and unspeakable thanksgiving
I come to thee to receive thy gifts
and receive from thy loving hands
the divine blessings
That thou hast from all eternity
treasured for me

What about time and the essence of memory?  How do we keep memories to remember what we cultivated as an energy of forever, in the not so forever "earth plane" ?

Why do certain imaginations choose ("Heinz Kissinger, Hillary Clinton, Et Al") to be criminally incurably insane?

What got the human being to choose to become so toxic as a chemical being, that the brain chemistry actually thinks killing is sane?

Killing one's own species and then the other forms of horror to one's own species -- torture.  Also, how about destroying the only finite planet we've been conscious? about, to "live"? on/in?

Are we Homo Sapiens' able to figure out how to bring closure to totalitarian corruption, annihilation total planetary, Et Cetera?

The human being that harms has typically been harmed.  The greater the harm the less control the harmed appears to have of self.  The buttons get pushed that rear-up "memories" and away the human "animal" responds/goes.

Goes where?  God only knows once the BRAIN BEGINS TO BLEED.  It appears we are, in fact, physical beings in a body that responds to DISTRESS and of course STRESS.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD.  Now this doesn't address the DISTRESS.

Distress is an important, and in fact VITAL "understanding" of who, what, when, where, why, how.

When certain humans decide that they're the only humans in-on earth, then we have what can be called a predatory type that is also truly self-absorbed.  More often than not, psychopath.

Then, so many types:  certain humans decide that they have a right to get what they want (we all do), and the want to get is at the expensive of another human that may not choose to share ?!  Are these parasitic types or clearly bullies to those that are busy working hard to accumulate?

IMAGINATION co-creating, creating, dreaming dreams into "reality" is very hard work!!!

Fantasy gets an Obama, there can be Pink Unicorns too, fantasizing.  Maybe we can see in our mind's eye and there the image is the object tangible.  Yes, of course.  But, we've got lots of practice for this to be, though, in a pivotal point of steady balance in the "universe".  We're obviously not there, yet, but we can!  We can and must balance the imbalance we have managed to unconsciously allow very criminally insane imaginations, mostly "manufacture" as "their" (EG Timothy Geithner Third Generation "Metzitzah B'peh Kissinger & Associates, Rahm Emanuel, Et Al), control the creation of life on-in earth, Et Cetera.

Taking from one another rather than "manifesting" and "creating" and "co-creating" is basically making the statement that the brain is dead in the imagination.

BULLY wants to take whatever BULLY wants and / or needs.  BULLY doesn't want to use the imagination to pray for the higher way to manifest-cultivate as an earth human.  BULLY IS A BROKEN "BEING".

BULLY IS BUSY DOING.

BULLY is a BULLY and therefore, can't be trusted to be a balanced choice of trusting partnership.  So many BULLIES in the playground earth.

Humans were experiments.  America was the greatest failed experiment of the 20TH Century and this CENTURY 21 is the time for recycling the compost into a more healthy tomorrow garden in earth.

Humans that choose to be psychopaths, sociopaths, predators, parasites, and name a criminally inclined personality imagination acting like the bully, and WE that aren't out-of-control imbalanced -- how do we serve our species in this mess?  Our selves to stay safe!?

The imbalance of blood chemistry is in toxic shock melt-down.  The Bush Family, Heinz Kissinger, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and all those that worship these "types", convince themselves this isn't in a state of toxic shock distress.

There is no question, we've deep state denial, unaddressed the condition worsens.

How to address healing.  ... to be continued ....]
