Dear Supporters,

Jessie James Clark was convicted Friday, March 1st, 2013 for his role in Jagger's death. Clark was found guilty by a Jury of First Degree Extortion, First Degree Possession of Stolen Property and Four Counts of Bail Jumping. He faces up to three years in prison and will always have several Felony convictions on his record.

I have mailed a copy of the Justice for Jagger Petition, the Petition letter, all the signatures and comments to Honorable Judge Michael H. Evans. He will be Sentencing Jesse James Clark on March 7th, 2013. The Petition is mailed express and will reach it's destination on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. You can also help by contacting Judge Michael H. Evans directly. Please respectfully express in your own words that Jesse James Clark, Case Number 11-1-01099-3, should receive the Maximum Sentence under the law. Please see the following ways you can contact Judge Evans below. We need your support more then ever as Clark's Sentencing Hearing is so close.
