In the Circuit Court, State of Oregon, County of Multnomah, the due process law isn't honored. In the United States District Court, State of Oregon, Division of Portland: DUE PROCESS LAW ISN'T RESPECTED AND ISN'T FOLLOWED. No, not by any stretch of an imagination is the HONOR in law followed in the State of Oregon. Judge Marshall's energetic, conscientious and positive approach to his judicial duties is evident in the courtroom. He brings a fresh outlook as he diligently addresses matters that come before him.
Judge Marshall started life on the east coast as one of seven children. He is the third oldest of his siblings and he quipped that when he was born, his parents were "tired out, but not worn out." He was in the eighth grade when he moved to Oregon. He attended and graduated from Lake Ridge High School in Lake Oswego. While in high school he was active on the school's gymnastics and tennis teams. He also served in student government and was class president.
Like all his brothers and sisters, Judge Marshall attended OSU. Because he enjoyed college so much, rather than graduate "early," he decided to "complete" the remainder of his senior year and to graduate with a double major, in business as well as in psychology.
Following his graduation from college, Judge Marshall "took a year off" and worked for a construction company involved in building the I-205 Bridge. Ultimately, he decided he would pursue a career in law.
Judge Marshall attended Willamette Law School and graduated in 1985. Following his first year of law school, he served as a law clerk with the US Court of Military Review in Falls Church, Virginia. He also worked as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice, Appellate Division, following his second year of law school. While in his final year of law school, Judge Marshall served as a teaching assistant for the law school's legal research and writing program. After graduating from law school, he served for two years as a judicial clerk for US Magistrate Judge in Seattle , Washington . He then worked for six years as an attorney with the Miller Nash law firm in its Portland office. From 1993 until becoming a judge [emphasis added], he worked as an attorney and partner at the Lane Powell law firm, also in its Portland office.
Before joining the bench, his law practice emphasized civil litigation and dispute resolution concerning real estate, construction and commercial matters. In recent years, he had developed a highly respected practice as a mediator and arbitrator.
During his years in private practice, Judge Marshall was very active in state and county bar organizations and he extensively volunteered his time. He noted that one of his most satisfying experiences was his service on the Oregon Board of Bar Examiners, which he at one point chaired. He broadened his practice experience by volunteering at pro bono legal clinics, including St. Andrews Legal Clinic.
Judge Marshall said he views it as an honor to serve as judge, not simply as a job. He is guided by the realization that he has been elected to perform a public service and he explained that his "judicial philosophy" is continuing to evolve. When I was working in the capacity of independent contractor in the City of Portland, the MILLER NASH LLP law firm was considered the same in the 80s, 90s, and aughts, ITS' reality: rogue. That is a nice word for the RACKET to make richer the rich and poorer the poor. Not by honest trade and exchange, no this RACKET is indeed a criminal operation which partnered with FANNIE-FREDDIE and JOE BADA FIVE BROTHERS. This was for no less than TWENTY (20) YEARS. DO THE MATHS, 'CHRIS' should be better at IT, 'THE MATHS'. He has been schooled in the capacity of a doctorate according to his 'rap' sheet/s.
A continuing THREAD in the TAPESTRY of OREGON and 'LAW' is, the lawyers licensed to practice and the judges demanding only the practicing licensed, are only THE smart enough to be in the court of law. This is utter and complete bullshit. ITS' horseshit and further, there isn't any other label other than pure BS HS, EXCEPT THE maggots are in control.
PARASITES ARE UGLY. Parasites are those that 'help' as though the CRIMINAL KILLERS are our friends. FIENDS, parasites are a type of seriously ugly fiend/s and not ever to be thought as 'friend'.
WHEN THE OREGON COURTS HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING THE NON-JUDICIAL FORECLOSURES AS THOUGH THE LAW, THEN THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE STATE ARE TRULY FUCKED. In a word, period.
JUSTICE PANNER AND GOVERNOR KITZHABER, when the money is fully transparent then, DR. KITZHABER we can purge the parasitic filth from US. We are all lawyers BUT in the Oregon Courts the 'Justices' have gotten the ideology that the idea isn't.
The IDEA WAS AND IS: WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE GOVERNMENT. The parasites have eaten holes in the brains of those that THINK somehow We The People enter their courtroom to bow down to kings and QUEENS of digital fraud. Wow, we need serious parasitic purging.
MILLER NASH is the LAW FIRM that does not get what money is and has proudly robbed the people of Oregon and wherever LIEWYERS can get hold of a host and suck the bones till dust digital disposable commodities. Parasites are not exactly an intelligent life form.

But, GENTLEMEN, until the CHEMICALS designed by the BANK FOR /OR INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS [BIS / Biz] ceases, desists, stops bending the brains via whatever chemical poison can be sold to the idiots and morons, we're powerless against the parasites because the despicable sub-species are not intelligent by any stretch of an imagination.
