Before
joining the bench, Judge Litzenberger was a shareholder in the
Bullivant Houser Bailey firm and taught as an adjunct professor at Lewis
& Clark Law School, where she also coached the school’s national
and regional mock trial teams. Judge Litzenberger currently serves on
several professional committees, including the Uniform Trial Court Rules
Committee, the Judicial Education Committee, the Advisory Board for the
Oregon Law Institute, the Multnomah County Bench/Bar Committee to
Improve Jury Service, the Owen M. Panner Inn of Court Executive
Committee, and the Oregon Judicial Department’s Crime Victims Rights
Committee. Judge Litzenberger is a frequent speaker on issues relating

Senior, Recalled, and Retired Federal Judges Honored
December 23, 2011>> Senior, recalled, and retired federal judges who hail from Oregon were honored at a ceremony in Portland earlier this month. >> Thirteen judges with a combined 150 years of senior service were recognized during the event, held in the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse and hosted by the Oregon chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the U.S. District Court of Oregon Historical Society. >> Those honored included Senior Circuit Judges Alfred Goodwin, Edward Leavy and Otto Skopil; Senior District Judges Ancer Haggery, Michael Hogan, Robert Jones, Garr King, Malcolm Marsh, Owen Panner, and James Redden; retired Bankruptcy Judge Henry Hess Jr.; and Recalled Magistrate Judges John Cooney and John Jelderks. Twelve of the 13 honored judges were present. >> In a letter read at the ceremony, Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski called senior and recalled judges indispensible to the operation of the federal courts. "We all know the wheels of justice turn slowly, but they might well grind to a halt without the help of our senior and recalled judges," he wrote. "I thank all of you for your ongoing efforts."

Americans who work for a living in the world of entrepreneur AND/OR 'LABOR' ~actually trusted the 'government' and most especially the CHECKS AND BALANCES of 'government' to do the right thing. That hasn't been accomplished or the JUDICIAL SENIORS would have gotten the MONEY in all the years of practicing the art of our U.S. Constitutional 'good law'.
[SIDEBAR: More PEOPLE in their eighties are STANDING against this continuance of what is absolutely NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE ALL, there must be small COALITIONS in every community and the recent BLACK AFFAIRS CHAIR CLIFFORD C. WALKER, is addressed well in his TORT CLAIM - NO DUE PROCESS, GENTLEMEN SENIOR JUDGES AND THIS IS THE SOLE-SOUL INTENTION OF THE 'LAW' IN ORDER TO BE CIVILIZED!]
In speaking with Mr. JACK MONGEON, SENIORS, especially to the ATTENTION OWEN M. PANNER, due to the 'grooming' of the 'lawyer class', Mr. Mongeon is now in 2013 the age of eighty-three (83), and I don't recollect speaking with a more intelligent OREGONIAN. He of course isn't exactly an 'average' Oregonian. First, he is multilingual. Second, he once owned a living space in St. Petersburg, Russia. Third, he and his wife at present have also a home in Paris, France. Mr. Mongeon was arrested in 2011, GARR M. KING PAY ATTENTION HERE, and the arrest was not only falsely done, the BRUTALITY of his PERSON that should be SAFE in the U.S. Constitution was indeed treated perhaps even worse than the PEPPER SPRAY of Ronald Frashour III, who has been well protected GARR M. KING, and there is a problem in the psychopath behavior and sociopath too, considered 'street justice'. As you know Mr. King, the COMPLAINT AGAINST POLICE CHIEF KRUGER AND THE KKK AT ROCKY BUTTE, did not leave you 'Lily White' in a serious equation of years of JAMES CHASSE 'street justice' protector.
In speaking with Mr. Jack Mongeon on August 12, 2013, it was enlightening. He has all seven (7) VIDEO CDs of the OCCUPY POLICE BRUTALITY. Naturally, much of the 'footage' has been 'disappeared'. HOWEVER, there is enough evidence US ATTORNEY AMANDA MARSHALL, ET AL, to arrest the real terrorists in the USA.
GARR M. KING, has been one of the pillars of a society that has enriched the society that is a faction, an apartheid and in fact this is worse than SOUTH AFRICA'S because the State of Israel is actually the owner of all the slaves in the USA, and this is more true about the 'judicial' than any because in the retirement of these SENIORS, ALL, WAR-WEAPONS-POISONS-AND EVERY IMAGINABLE UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRADE-EXCHANGE INCLUDING THE SECRET GLOBAL PAEDOPHILIA CULTS' INFANT TO GRAVE 'FLESH CHA-CHING'.
Furthermore, the TERROR of the Federal Reserve System [Fed] must be addressed or there really isn't a FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Due to not have another charter renewed by or before December 23, 2013, and we have had enough global terror to cover-up and protect this - as well as the INTERNAL REVENUE SYSTEM add all the layers and levels of digital 'have' for those that have become nothing but, parasites and predators of the 'AMERICAN DREAM'.
There is, as Owen M. Panner understands, a SHADOW-SECRET OCCUPIER that acts with an authority of 'government', but indeed the 'money' isn't sovereign and therefore the violation to ARTICLE I, SECTION XI, CLAUSE VII, continues until the arrests of those that participate in the FRAUD, ARE held accountable.
The revolution has already happened. People are awake and not amused with the incredible BIG INJUSTICE that is going to be the next 'culling' of the herd to be sure - Germany proves history repeats and now America proves the annals are historical to be studied or repeated and we're there, a MIRROR OF COMMUNISM. Communism is when there are levels of government that don't get the government is the people, all. CHINA is proud of bringing Americans down so the Chinese don't rebel there, and the Fed is very smug in taking all of America's wealth over and over again, beginning in the 1800s, and earlier. We the real people of the U.S.A. continue to protect the future for our children.
At this time the FINANCIAL PAEDOPHILIA is also intentional. I've videos of the WILBUR & PAMELA GASTON PAEDOPHILIA COVER-UP and GOVERNOR KITZHABER THEN AS NOW, appears disinterested in the good law to bring at long last a filthy dirty secret of Goldschmidt ET AL and how LEO FRANK got from Alabama to be the MEIER & FRANK here, and the practices of those that practice METZITZAH B'PEH, are known and despised for this mutilation to our species.
GOVERNOR OF OREGON, NEIL GOLDSCHMIDT has never been arrested for his HIGH CRIME AGAINST 'A CHILD.' Last time I looked at the law, a young adolescent of fourteen (14) WAS-IS considered not a mature adult.
ANN L. AIKEN and JOHN V. ACOSTA, in the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT (IE 'FEDERAL') and crimes have more than been acknowledged, in the letter - FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE OWEN M. PANNER - addressing my COMPLAINTS which were-are about Ann L. Aiken, John V. Acosta, Garr M. King, Miller Nash LLP, PORTLAND POLICE BUREAU [PPB].
RONALD FRASHOUR III, is a murderer and he intentionally shot AARON CAMPBELL in the back of the head to kill him in cold blood. FRASHOUR III DEPOSITION AND STEVE SULTAN STAUL DEPOSITION ADMIT NO INTELLIGENCE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
Now I would think the FEDERAL would have the power to understand and uphold the oath to the U.S. Constitution. However, GEORGE W. BUSH "Jr." ET AL ARE WAR CRIMINALS, and not arrested. But, there are so many incarcerated in the SYSTEM OF CORRECTIONS CORPORATIONS OF AMERICA [CCA] and this stock is shared in holdings via U.S. ATTORNEYS, ET AL. Vanguard is the umbrella in the PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEMS.
Thus, Owen M. Panner, Marilyn E. Litzenberger, S. Amanda Marshall, ET AL, until the reality is addressed and I would think that MONEY is a tap root problem, then the corruption of the Fed paying a faction to dress up and play NOT PASS THE CONSTITUTIONAL MUSTER, via paid from the Fed's 'digital dust', isn't a higher form of intelligence by any stretch of an imagination.
