P2,
Progress and Property Rights, Why Do Property Rights Matter? Walker F. Todd: The principal subject of this essay is general property, and frequently only real estate or real property is meant. The other principal form of legal property that is discussed here is personal property or personalty, which in law is a broad, general term encompassing, as Posner might put it, anything of value that is not real estate or real property.
[Todd, Walker, two last names and / or two first CHI] writes, his book focuses on the evolution of the Anglo-American system of property rights .. review period before 1800, confined to events necessary to understand components of Anglo-American JURISPRUDENTIAL TRADITION [CHI emphasis added] .. and because a separate line of evolution of property rights began in America by 1720, the latter part of review is largely confined to the American tradition alone.
Throughout HISTORY there has been a recording. "W" said in his vile grin: "We'll see how history is written." He knew the history of past and how the changes get made by the new conquerors and he believed he was the one, the ONE, the one that would be remembered like Moses or KING DAVID?
Walker F. Todd is my hero. He told me on the telephone, what was coming [Financial Tsunami], and should I have not spoken with him --I have to say my world (and more people than not that I knew-know would be also in my world), DEVASTATED far worse than what has been.
His book is our BIBLE, Americans. It is the true world order of history and sets us free.

The story of Bulldog Jagger really hit home. Cowlitz County Courts are corrupted and yet, the State of Washington holding the United States Constitution as the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, saves Washington State from being full blown apartheid and fascist, like the State of OREGON.
