Brent E. Webster and I, Roberta Kelly, are witness to your statements and we were together speaking with you, as you know, recording the conversation.

THE COMPLAINT/PETITION/GRIEVANCE, FILED IN YOUR COURT, THAT ANN L. AIKEN'S INNUMERABLE VIOLATIONS TO THE US CONSTITUTION, OUR BILL OF RIGHTS' AND OREGON CONSTITUTION OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE!

Now, Brent E. Webster and also, Daniel Carl Ernst, have been used as the GULAG'S human flesh commodity for the "Legal Tribe" to retire on.  In a word, no.  No further Fed's Wall Street's rewriting 324 years of history, PLEASE.

ANN L. AIKEN'S LEGAL TRIBE IS OUT OF CONTROL.  This is not ok and it's time to have a thorough investigation.  TERRORISM.  I was terrorized and so has Dan Ernst been.  Now Brent is being sought and I do believe the ANN L. AIKEN OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE is used as though a legitimate writ of assistance.

A personal, certified letter is to be mailed to you, Justice Panner.  The original, however, is to be mailed to Eric Holder, ET AL.  Regarding no less than thirty (30) years of STATE OF OREGON'S criminal trespass on the U.S. Constitution.  CLIFFORD WALKER was FIRED FOR DOING HIS JOB, by Kitzhaber.  But, the worst was he was bludgeoned in the Oregon Courts.  AND, on the watch of Oregon's NAZI cult continuing with the KKK as top 'government' in the State, and there would be truly no trust until deep probed investigations have been conducted.  The Gaston case, Goldschmidt, and name a heinous crime that has not gotten a pass with respect to the real truth and justice in our Bill of Rights'!

There is a case, the case involves a death penalty.  No lawyer got it right, and the Supreme Court acknowledged Oregon's stupidity in the U.S. Constitution's good law, more than once.  The letter is to be more explicit because it's a contract of confidentiality for now.

THE POINT:  State of Oregon is ROGUE.  This is obviously a very bold statement.  It is, however, a matter of fact.  First, there is no such idea in the U.S. Constitution, as you know:  British Accredited Registry [BAR].  Thus, the original intention, CITIZENS' LAWYERS, would be correct.

That can be, should a scholarly investigation be conducted, concluded to stipulate the "lawyers" who are licensed at the Oregon State BAR, ET AL are unconstitutional.

To not honor the U.S. Constitution, and in fact, to certainly roll back no less than three hundred and twenty four [324] YEARS OF RIGHTS' ~ Brent E. Webster is being used as The State Of Oregon's newest addition to the UNCONSTITUTIONAL harvesting of human American citizens' AS THOUGH SLAVES.

The violations and abomination to the U.S. Constitution and our Bill of Rights' in the State of Oregon is so outrageous, Justice Panner, that there needs to be years and years to come, of investigations into the FED'S WALL STREET cache for the "Lawyer Tribe, Oregon."

My son, Ian O. Wilson has written to your court and Larry Jackson, Sr. has also addressed your court, both Ian and Larry with our group of '26,' THE corruption with respect to "law".  The egregious violations against Ian and Larry are to damn with faint praise, treason to the US Constitution.

There is absolutely no need for lawyers licensed at BARs to not get how the real world of money, contracts and HOW law actually protects in the language of common sense over 324 years old.

I believe you, Sir, are a top educator of lawyers.

Thank you for your highest intelligence in the matter.  I believe Brent is being punished for filing in your court and having been witness to being invited to do so, as well as the other obvious MONEY FOR SAFETY PROGRAMS via the Fed.  Retirement must be scary for the "Bench Legal Tribe", too.
