Allied Barton's security guard refused to justify why Allied Barton had any legal right to prevent me from attending a lecture held in George Washington University. I wanted to hear whether Stanley Fischer has any inkling that each of the member countries in the International Monetary Fund have joined together to fight the corrupt Bank for International Settlements. At the foot of this tweet is a 2012 email trying to involve World Bank retirees in fighting the corruption at the World Bank. Results were mixed. It is not going to be simple to clean up the Bretton Woods institutions, but we will have to do it so long as these institutions are responsible for making sure the world's wealth in the Global Debt Facility benefits humanity.

Dear Ms. Pratt, I have called the Secretariat for the meetings four times since the IMF Executive Directors requested the Secretariat to issue me a security badge. As the lawyer for the Global Debt Facility containing the world's gold held in trust for humanity, which was the 2 reason the Bretton Woods Institutions were created in 1944, it was criminal for Allied Barton to evict me yesterday . It is necessary for me to attend the Annual Meeting s so that I can continue to resolve the lawlessness in the international monetary system. I [am].. appalled by the responses from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) stating that your concerns about the World Bank's internal controls over financial reporting, its alleged corruption, and its alleged retaliation against you for raising those issues that threaten the World Bank's credit rating and the stability of the international financial system, are not and do not fall within their purview for investigation. I fully support your relentless pursuit to restore humanity and the world's patrimony for the benefits of mankind."

This lawlessness is in plain view; the fact that the media has censored this news is not helping to bring the international monetary system into compliance. The World Bank's auditors have failed to observe generally accepted auditing standards; the Secretariat is thwarting the efforts of the Ministers of Finance to protect the World Bank's $180 billion worth of bondholders. The threat of permanent gold backwardation which will plunge the world into another dark ages is looming. I encourage you to do your job by respecting the decision of the 188 Ministers of Finance that I should attend the remainder of the Annual Meetings.
