Dear Mr. Coyne, During the World Bank/IMF Annual Meetings, I was informed that you are the officer of the Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union whose job it is to establish a trust account in the BFSFCU to accept a $10 million disbursement from the World Bank's Board of Executive Directors. I am forwarding China's response for your information. It is my understanding that the BFSFCU will establish the trust account forthwith to accept this pending disbursement of $10 million.
