of 1000MT of gold from the Global Debt Facility. I am the person whom
188 Ministers of Finance delegated the responsibility under paragraph 6
of this agreement to authenticate the signature of the authorized
signatory of the Global Debt Facility containing the world's gold and

Sadly, however, necessary systematic
consultation with the Boards of the World Bank and IMF and their Board of
Governors,
