The earth plane makes no promises. Humans make promises to one another to live in a civilized fashion with one another in the earth plane.
THEN, the humans that make up the weather as a weapon also make up the stocks to be shared between the criminally insane minority, and call IT trading on the global market of INSURANCE, is one example of the mass murder wheel of fortune good for some and not but, ghetto hell for others. Promises aren't being kept. Anglo Saxons have been at not keeping their promises for as long as the Anglos have been roaming the earth plane.
